Community Health Needs Assessment

Saint Clare's Health System recently conducted its community health needs assessment, which helps us fulfill our mission, specifically to improve the health status of the people of the community by providing the highest quality of care regardless of ability to pay.  Additionally, the Community Health Needs Assessment defines opportunities for health care improvement and growth.

The federal government now requires that non-profit hospitals conduct a community health assessment. These census-like studies help health care providers build stronger relationships with their communities, identify needs and dedicate funding and other resources toward programs that clearly benefit local residents.

Thank you for your interest in the health of our community.
