Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) Family Support Group Education and support for relatives or caretakers of adult individuals with a mental illness. IFSS Family Work Group designed to assist families identify and work through concerns that impact everyday coping, communication and quality of life when caring for someone with a mental illness. New Bridge Multi-Family Support Group Attendance at this group is open to behavioral health consumers as well as family members. Group meets every Thursday at 7:00 p.m., at the New Bridge Services Mental Health Center, 21 Evans Place, Pompton Plains. Call 973-839-2521 x462 for more information.
Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance The program provides education and support for patients, families and friends through rap sessions and educational programs. Donations are optional. Meetings are the first and third Tuesday (rap group) and last Wednesday (guest speaker) of each month, at 7:30 p.m., at Morristown Unitarian Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Road, Morristown.
