Saint Clare's Behavioral Health Services offer Community-Based Services that help local residents of Morris and Sussex Counties to resolve an array of primary and associated mental health problems.
Intensive Family Support Services
Saint Clare's Intensive Family Support Services provides support and education to family members or caretakers of adults diagnosed with serious mental illness. Mental health professionals are available to respond to your individual needs during daytime, evening and weekend hours, with access to service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
PACT is a community-based program for adults with serious and persistent mental illness that require ongoing, intensive treatment. The program is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in Morris and Sussex counties. Call 1-800-565-7228 for more information.
Supported Employment
Saint Clare's Supported Employment program assists individuals with emotional disabilities to obtain and succeed in employment. Behavioral health professionals work closely with its clients to place the client in a setting that will be mutually beneficial for them and the employer. Saint Clare's provides continuous evaluation and follow-up and mediates problems that may arise. To reach Supported Employment staff, call 973-625-7097.
Residential Services
Saint Clare's Residential Care provides adult housing in a structured and supportive environment. The program specializes in the support and assistance of individuals recovering from mental illness by providing instruction to help develop skills that are necessary for independent living. Saint Clare's provides a safe, sanitary home environment that encourages a healthy, stable lifestyle and reduces/prevents psychiatric hospital readmissions. Integrated Case Management Services
Saint Clare's offers a community-based case management service, available in Morris County, for adults with a serious and persistent mental illness who may be at risk for re-hospitalization or may have recently been discharged from a psychiatric facility.
