Our Community Outreach Services are deeply rooted in the mission, vision, and values on which Saint Clare's Health System is built. The Community Outreach Services team works with the local community to bring basic healthcare, health and safety education, and a variety of cooperative programs to the people of Morris County. Whether it is bringing basic medical care to the poor, underserved and uninsured, or working with the community on health screenings and educational health fairs, Saint Clare's partners with the community to ensure the health and well-being of the people of northwest New Jersey.

Among these services are:

Community Health
Health education and screenings for, and in partnership with, local communities and municipalities.

Congregational Health Ministry
An interfaith partnership between Saint Clare's Health System and local faith communities, to promote the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of congregations in Morris, Sussex and Warren counties.

Mobile Health Van
A "mobile clinic" that brings primary healthcare to the poor and uninsured and complements the network of existing social service programs for the homeless and working poor.

Community Health Trust
A partnership of more than 200 community and business leaders, from Morris and Sussex counties, who are dedicated to making northwest New Jersey a healthier community.
