The Regional Diabetes Center (RDC), located at Saint Clare's Hospital/Dover, is an American Diabetes Association-accredited facility that offers a comprehensive program to assist those with diabetes achieve an optimal level of health and learn skills to effectively manage their condition.

The RDC serves people of all ages with diabetes that need enhanced knowledge and skills, while offering a host of educational and support programs for diabetics, their families, and those who want to know more. Certified diabetes educators provide group and individual education on diabetes management, including day and evening classes on meal planning, weight management, exercise, medications, blood glucose monitoring, and how to handle complications.

The Regional Diabetes Center also offers ongoing support groups, including:

Ongoing Support Groups for Diabetes

1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month
7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Last Thursday of each month
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Ongoing Support Groups for Insulin Pump 

4th Monday of the month
7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
