Friends for Life makes a triumphant return to Saint Clare’s as an annual senior-focused, subscription-based program, with a host of new features meant to educate, invigorate, and keep our senior community healthy.

All seniors, 65 and older, are eligible to join for annual subscription fee of $75. With membership, seniors are entitled to a number of new programs, including:

Golden Access Key Card
The Golden Access Key Card is a small key tag, similar to those used by supermarkets, which contains a barcode that, when scanned, provides easy, secure registration at any Saint Clare’s emergency department or inpatient/outpatient admission areas.

Ambulance Transport
As part of Friends for Life, program participants are not responsible for paying deductibles, co-payments or other out-of-pocket costs for Saint Clare’s ambulance services. Benefits apply to any transport provided by Saint Clare’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for emergency response in Morris, Sussex and Warren counties.

Education & Support

• Dedicated hospital billing assistance hotline from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for bills related to care at Saint Clare’s

• Senior-centered health fairs and a Senior Health Conference on May 28
• Regular wellness screenings and monthly blood pressure screenings
