St. Francis Residential Community features studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Each unfurnished apartment is carpeted and comes with a complete kitchen and bath with walk-in shower. Best of all, the monthly rate includes basic cable TV (including cable box), electric service, heat, water, garbage removal and 24-hour security, a wide range of social activities and medical transportation within a 10-mile radius. An intercom system connects directly to the front desk for added security. Meals, housekeeping, Lifeline services, personal laundry and medication assistance are available at an additional affordable cost.
