The VNA of Saint Clare's is a New Jersey-licensed home care service organization that is also accredited by The Joint Commission. The VNA provides visiting nurses, certified home health aides, rehabilitation therapists, medical social workers, and nutrition counselors to patients in the comfort of their own home.
The VNA's home services include:
- Home Health Aids
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, laundry and light housekeeping
- Hourly or live-in services
- State-certified home medical care
- Skilled Nursing
- State-licensed registered and practical nurses to provide skilled nursing care for assessment, wound care, catheter and/or ostomy care, injections and more.
