Supported Housing

Saint Clare’s Supported Housing Program provides in-home support for Morris County adults (18 years or older) with a primary psychiatric disability, toward the goal of obtaining and maintaining independent living in the community. Counselors work with individuals to locate permanent lease-based housing, to negotiate leases, and to develop positive landlord-tenant relationships. Support is provided with community integration, and with household, financial, and personal care skills management. Time and frequency of service provision is collaboratively determined by the individual and the counselor.

For referrals or further information, contact the housing specialists at 973-298-8642.
