Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) Family Support Group (Sussex) Education and support for families or significant caretakers of people with mental illness. Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, DBSA DBSA is a consumer organization that meets every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 37 Newton-Sparta Road, Newton. Sussex County Mental Health Board The board meets every fourth Monday in the Freeholder's Meeting Room at the Sussex County Administrative Center. Guests are welcome.
