Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Support Groups
Alzheimer's Support Group
The VNA hosts a free, monthly Alzheimer’s support group. The support group is available for caregivers and their families to discuss the challenges of caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease.
Meetings are held at the VNA in Sparta, NJ from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.
