Our Women's Health Team
The Women's Health Centers offer highly qualified physicians, nurses, nurse navigators, therapists, technologists and other professionals experienced in women's healthcare. The Center is administered by hospital leadership, in conjunction with a Physician Steering Committee, and with support from a Community Advisory Committee. Our staff is responsive, compassionate and highly trained, and is also bilingual for easy communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
Under the direction of Dr. Norman San Agustin, Medical Director of Oncologic Surgical Services at Saint Clare’s, Saint Clare’s offers regular breast cancer tumor boards, where all breast care specialists – including nurse navigators, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, plastic surgeons, oncologists, and radiation oncologists – meet to discuss the most current topics in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, while consulting on current cases. Patients can be referred to a member of the board for consultation and treatment. The value of the board to our patients, and to the community at large, lies in the collective experience and expertise of its members.
